Processing time:
All orders are made to order. Each order may take up to 2-4 weeks to be processed and ready to be shipped to you. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with any additional information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and your location. Delivery times are estimates & may vary depending on external factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or holidays.
We strongly recommend tracked shipping with all international orders!

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Nayeonsjewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs or additional fees that may arise during international shipping.

Orders with tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. You may also track your package via Canada Post Website.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, there may be rare instances of delays beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, postal strikes, or global events). If your order is delayed, we will notify you.

Undelivered Packages
In the case of undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or if the package is returned to us by the shipping carrier, customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, once we hand over packages to our shipping carrier. After Canada post takes our package, we have no control whatsoever. If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Canada Post directly. Before shipping, we make sure to provide with pictures of your order, it being packed and shipped off. it is very unlikely for the damage to be in our part, but in that case we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.
