Return & Refund Policy  Nayeonsjewelry

At Nayeonsjewelry, all sales are final, as each piece is carefully crafted after purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise, so we offer the following exceptions:

Order Cancellation for Full Refund:
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it. You may cancel by emailing us at Nayeonsjewelry@gmail.com or sending a DM on Instagram @nayeonsjewelry.
Orders canceled within this timeframe will receive a 100% refund.

Partial Refund for Late Cancellation: If you cancel your order after 2 hours but within 6 hours of placing it, you may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on the stage of order processing. Cancellations made after 6 hours are generally non-refundable, as production may have already begun.

Custom Orders & Materials:
Because each piece is made to order, once production has started, materials and time invested cannot be recovered. This is why refunds outside the above timelines may be partial or unavailable.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos so we can resolve the issue.
