1. Orders & Payments
All orders are processed after payment. Prices are as listed at checkout.

2. Made to Order Jewelry
Every piece is made after your purchase, so please review your order carefully.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel within 2 hours for a full refund via email Nayeonsjewelry@gmail.com or Instagram DM @nayeonsjewelry.

Cancel after 2 hours but within 6 hours? You may receive 50% refund, depending on order progress.

Cancel after 6 hours: non-refundable, as production may have started.

4. Returns

Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates. Nayeonsjewelry is not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content belong to Nayeonsjewelry and cannot be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
